Service

Retayn provides encrypted memory storage and retrieval for AI coding tools via MCP (Model Context Protocol). By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API key and encryption passphrase. We cannot recover data if you lose your passphrase.

Acceptable Use

Do not use Retayn to store illegal content, attempt to circumvent rate limits, or abuse the service in ways that degrade it for others.

Plans & Billing

  • Free: 10,000 messages, 30-day retention, 1,000 actions/day.
  • Pro ($19/mo or $190/yr): 100,000 messages, indefinite retention, 10,000 actions/day, Insights.
  • Ultra ($49/mo or $490/yr): 1,000,000 messages, indefinite retention, unlimited actions, priority support.

Subscriptions are billed via Stripe. Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.

Data & Encryption

All content is encrypted client-side. We do not and cannot access your plaintext data. You are solely responsible for your encryption passphrase.

Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

Retayn's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
